The spot price of SMM in east China was recorded at 19,010 yuan/mt, which was 80 yuan/mt lower than the previous trading day. Recently, the supply of aluminum rods has been relatively loose. In January, the quotations of aluminum rod manufacturers have been conservative, dragging down the center of processing fees. Downstream companies entered the CNY holiday one after another, and companies are not willing to stock up. As a result, the overall processing fee of aluminum rods has been running at a low level. Today, the ex-factory price of 1A60 ordinary aluminum rods in Shandong is 350-450 yuan/mt, and the average price is 350 yuan/ton, down 50 yuan/mt from the previous trading day; the processing fee of 1A60 aluminum rods in Henan is 350-450 yuan/mt, quoted at 400 yuan/mt, the market has been relatively light recently; the processing fee for 1A60 aluminum rods in Inner Mongolia is 100-200 yuan/mt, the average price is quoted at 150 yuan/mt, the processing fee for ordinary rods in south China is 400-500 yuan/mt, and the average price was recorded at 450 yuan/mt. The actual transaction price was low, the market sentiment for receiving goods was not good, and the profit margins of aluminum rod manufacturers were weak.
