Overseas Market Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management :Manage international social media (mainly LinkedIn) as well as domestic Chinese social media accounts including WeChat Official Accounts, short video platforms and other channels for conference projects;create and execute promotional plans for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to drive traffic and event exposure.
- Marketing Collateral : Coordinate with Project Managers and design teams to produce posters, brochures, and invitations; ensure visual quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Partnership Expansion :Identify and build cooperation with regional media outlets and industry associations (metals/commodities sectors) to secure event promotional support.
- Ad Campaigns : Formulate and execute paid advertising plans on Google, LinkedIn, and event sites within project budgets; track and analyze campaign data.
- On-site & Post-Event Support :Provide on-site support (guest reception, interviews) and oversee video content collection and multi-channel publicity to expand long-term event impact.
- Ad-hoc Tasks :Handle other duties assigned by the department, including international visitor invitations and registration promotion.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome; B2B or commodities market experience is a plus.
- Language Skills :Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to ensure smooth communication with the Shanghai HQ and handle cross-border materials.
- Soft Skills : Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a cross-border, fast-paced team environment.
- Core Abilities :Strong logical thinking, learning agility, and stress tolerance; ability to analyze event data and handle emergencies.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools and skills is preferred.
