Overview:In the morning session, zinc futures consolidated at highs, and downstream buying interest remained lukewarm. Overall transactions showed no improvement today, with traders' spot quotes basically flat from yesterday, and most trading was between traders. SMM #0 zinc ingot prices fell 135 yuan/mt MoM to 26,630 yuan/mt.
Downstream: recently received #0 zinc ingots at a premium of 80 yuan/mt against the 2610 contract for delivery, and is temporarily observing without purchasing
Downstream: today, spot quotes in Ningbo are almost unchanged from yesterday. The plant currently has raw material inventory and continues to observe without purchasing today
Downstream: today, #0 zinc ingots are quoted at a premium of 80-130 yuan/mt against the 2610 contract for delivered-to-factory basis. Spot premiums rose yesterday, and today purchases are made on an as-needed basis
Upstream: today, ordinary #0 zinc ingot spot cargoes with invoices dated this month are quoted at a premium of 90 yuan/mt against the 2610 contract, flat MoM from the previous trading day, with no transactions yet
