Job Responsibilities

  • Industry Dynamics Tracking & Analysis: Focus on non-ferrous metals and bulk commodities, conduct long-term tracking of market trends, price movements, and industrial policies. Monitor and analyze real-time industry hotspots, produce professional and accessible analytical content, and provide valuable references for industry users.
  • Telephone Communication & Data Collection: Conduct high-frequency telephone surveys with market clients to accurately collect first-hand industry data and information. Maintain long-term stable relationships with industry chain standard-setting organizations and key customers, establish efficient information channels, and ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of data collection.
  • Industry Research & Analysis Application: Proficiently apply industry research methods and AI data modeling technologies. Systematically study the fundamentals of the non-ferrous metals industry, macroeconomic conditions, and industrial development trends. Produce high-quality industry analyses, market reviews, and deliver professional industry insights.
  • Data Processing & In-depth Report Writing: Use advanced data processing and analysis tools combined with AI modeling to regularly produce in-depth industry research reports. Accurately identify core industry pain points and development opportunities, and support client decision-making and the company’s business development.
  • Industry Database Governance & Optimization: Participate in the governance, upgrade, and optimization of the company’s industry databases. Use AI technology to realize automated data updates and real-time maintenance, improve data accuracy, timeliness, and usability, and strengthen the company’s core competitiveness in data services.
  • Other Related Tasks: Assist in maintaining industry relationships, participate in industry roadshows and exchanges, release industry insights, join data-driven industrial consulting projects, and support the company in building authoritative influence in the industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in finance, economics, statistics, non-ferrous metals, or related fields are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant industry research or internship experience will be given priority.
  • Excellent logical analysis and fast learning abilities; a keen mindset for industry analysis, able to quickly capture core dynamics and development patterns of the non-ferrous metals industry.
  • High data sensitivity, rigorous and detail-oriented; able to strictly control the entire data processing flow to ensure logical consistency and accuracy, meeting the company’s database governance and research report standards.
  • Strong interest in the non-ferrous metals industry and market research; CET-6 or higher; good writing skills; proficient in Office applications; experience with data analysis tools or AI modeling is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, good stress tolerance, and team spirit; able to efficiently complete telephone research, client communication, and team collaboration tasks.
  • Outgoing, proactive in communication, capable of maintaining industry information channels and client relationships, and willing to grow together with the company.
