Job Responsibilities
- Event and conference Marketing: Provide on-site marketing support during international events, including media interviews, guest relations, and live content capture to sustain long-term post-event branding.
- Marketing Collateral & Creative Coordination: Project-manage the production of high-quality marketing materials (brochures, landing pages, invitations) by coordinating closely with Project Managers and cross-border creative design teams.
- Digital Campaign & Performance Marketing: Formulate and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and industry-specific portals. Track, analyze, and optimize ROI based on data insights.
- Media & Association Partnerships: Identify, approach, and secure strategic alliances with regional media outlets, industry publications, and trade associations (metals, mining, and new energy sectors) to barter promotional support and expand industry reach.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Mass Communications, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong passion for events/commodities are welcome. Prior experience in B2B Marketing, Event Management, or the Commodities market is a highly valued advantage.
- Language Proficiency:Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with our Shanghai HQ and to manage cross-border event assets.
- Technical & Core Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads). Proficiency or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, and other automation tools) for content creation and workflow optimization is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, project management skills, agile learner, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-border team environment.
