The photovoltaic industry is currently accelerating its transition toward N-type technology. TOPCon modules, with their superior power density, have become the core demand in major global markets. As one of the world's largest PV terminal markets, Europe's installed capacity base and long-term decarbonization goals determine its central position in the global supply chain.

Against the backdrop of TOPCon becoming a rigid demand in the European market, accurately grasping the actual landing costs in local regions has become crucial. Given the increasing complexity of the global trade environment and fluctuations in international logistics costs, simple Free on Board (FOB) prices can no longer meet the needs of the industry chain for precise calculation of overseas final delivery costs. The In-warehouse Duty Paid (DP) price provides the most intuitive reflection of a product's actual competitiveness in the European terminal market, playing an increasingly important role as a basis for trade settlement and risk hedging.

To better understand the authentic delivery market of module exports to Europe and to help enterprises reduce transaction risks and costs under complex trade backgrounds, SMM, after extensive research, will officially launch the following TOPCon Module In-warehouse DP prices for European regions on May 22, 2026:

The prices to be released cover the main regions of Rotterdam, Portugal, and Greece for In-warehouse DP delivery, including both distributed and utility projects. The specific specifications and descriptions are as follows:

Price Specifications:

  • Price Type: In-warehouse, Duty Paid (DP) for Rotterdam, Portugal, and Greece.

  • Tax Standard: Excluding VAT.

  • Definition: Delivery after duty paid at major ports/warehouses in Rotterdam, Portugal, and Greece.

  • Unit: Euro/Watt (EUR/W).

  • Tier 1 Brands: LONGi, Jinko, JA Solar, Trina, TW Solar, etc.

  • Minimum Transaction Volume (Distributed): 1MW.

  • Minimum Transaction Volume (Utility): 5MW.

  • Delivery Lead Time (Distributed): Within 3 months.

  • Delivery Lead Time (Utility): Within 6 months.

  • Publication Time: Every Friday at 11:00 AM CET (Central European Time).

  • Payment Terms: Cash, and other payment methods standardized as cash.
