According to data provided by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), in the first half of this year, the country imported 576 million mt of iron ore, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.

China produced 66,100 mt of copper foil in January, down 8.58% on the month. Among them, the output of lithium battery copper foil was 39,800 mt, a sharp drop of 13.98% from the previous month;

SHANGHAI, Feb 16 (SMM) – SMM estimates that China’s copper foil output will stand at 65,400 mt in February, down 1.16% MoM and up 34.51% YoY.
