The total capacity of these energy storage systems reached 1.12 GW/2.4 GWh, and four suppliers—CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, Envision Energy, Sungrow, and Great Power Energy—successfully won the bids, with the winning prices ranging between 0.8362 and 1.0431 yuan/Wh. The energy storage project covers eight projects in Denmark and Spain, with a procurement scale of 1,116.5 MW/2,427.72 MWh. The total investment amounted to 2.5 billion yuan, which translates to a unit price of approximately 1.0297 yuan/Wh. It is worth mentioning that in October of last year, China Construction Decheng signed cooperation agreements with Denmark's DRSOLAR and NORLA for a 2.5 GWh energy storage project. The project will adopt an LFP battery system and an intelligent energy management system.
