On January 27, Jiang Huamao, Director of the Road Passenger Transport Department of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport, led a delegation to visit Qingdong Technology for a special survey, conducting a field trip to observe the enterprise's hydrogen vehicle operations and safety production management. Zhang Jingxing, Deputy Director of the Road Passenger Transport Department, and Huang Jinlong, Director of the Yanqing District Transport Bureau, accompanied the survey. Both government and enterprise sides worked together to discuss pathways for high-quality development of the hydrogen transportation industry. During the survey, Jiang Huamao listened in detail to Qingdong Technology’s report on operational layout, market expansion, and safety production system construction. He focused on reviewing materials such as safety management systems, vehicle operation and maintenance records, and emergency response plans, affirming the enterprise’s standardized procedures for the full life cycle safety management of hydrogen vehicles. At the symposium, Jiang Huamao, in light of Beijing’s hydrogen energy industry development plan, put forward work requirements for Qingdong Technology. He emphasized that hydrogen energy is a core direction for green transformation in the transportation sector, and the enterprise must prioritize safety production, improve the full-chain safety management system, and refine emergency procedures to strengthen the safety baseline. He encouraged the enterprise to deepen its involvement in the hydrogen transportation sector, aiming to set an industry benchmark, build a standardized industrial system, and create a core competitive brand. This survey has clarified the development direction for Qingdong Technology. Both government and enterprise sides will take this opportunity to deepen cooperation, promote the large-scale and safe application of hydrogen technology in the transportation sector, and support Beijing in building a green transportation system that “uses electricity where appropriate and hydrogen where suitable,” making hydrogen energy a “green engine” for regional high-quality development.

Nov 6, 2025 15:53On October 28, Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration, Liaogang Holding (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., and Goldwind Green Energy Chemical Trade (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. formally signed the "Green Methanol Storage and Transportation Safety and Unimpeded Cooperation Agreement." Li Daze, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration; Liu Rixin, Vice President of Goldwind Science&Technology Co., Ltd.; and Cao Yingfeng, Deputy General Manager of Liaogang Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. Jiang Pengfei, Standing Committee Member of the Yingkou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Yingkou, witnessed the signing. This marks a critical step forward in the field of green energy storage and transportation in Northeast China. As a core fuel for new energy vessels in the shipping industry, the safety and efficiency of green methanol storage and transportation directly impact regional industrial upgrading and port transformation. Centered on "information sharing and efficient collaboration," this cooperation will establish a green methanol transportation information sharing platform at Yingkou Port, achieving full visibility and manageability across all storage and transportation links. Simultaneously, a customized "direct entry and berthing, direct departure and exit" green channel will be implemented, combined with supporting services such as traffic organization and weather broadcasts to enhance transit efficiency. Additionally, efforts will be strengthened in storage operation and maintenance, emergency response, and quality control, building a closed-loop system encompassing "transportation-storage-support." In the next step, Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration will deepen the tripartite cooperation, striving to achieve "zero accidents" in the entire transportation chain, "zero waiting time" for vessel port departures and arrivals, and "zero obstacles" in port storage, thereby promoting the construction of the "north methanol, south transport" channel and injecting strong momentum into regional green and low-carbon development as well as the realization of the "dual carbon" goals. Signing Entities and Participants The signing parties include Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration, Liaogang Holding (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., and Goldwind Green Energy Chemical Trade (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Relevant responsible persons from Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration, Goldwind Science&Technology, and Liaogang Group attended the signing, witnessed by Jiang Pengfei, Standing Committee Member of the Yingkou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Yingkou. Cooperation Background and Significance Green methanol is a core fuel for new energy vessels in the shipping industry, and its storage and transportation safety and efficiency are crucial for regional green industrial upgrading and port functional transformation. Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration leverages its professional expertise to build a collaborative bridge, break through logistics bottlenecks, strengthen safety defenses, and promote project implementation. Core Content of the Cooperation The core objectives are "Information Sharing and Efficient Collaboration," focusing on two main functions. Establish a green methanol transportation information sharing platform at Yingkou Port to break down information barriers and achieve visibility and controllability of storage and transportation links. Customize a "Direct Entry and Berthing, Direct Departure and Exit" green channel, coupled with supporting services, to enhance transit efficiency. Strengthen storage operation and maintenance, emergency response, and cargo quality control to build a closed-loop system covering the entire process of "Transportation-Storage-Support." Future Plans Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration is expected to expand the depth and breadth of cooperation, striving for "zero accidents" in the entire transportation chain, "zero waiting time" for vessel port departures and arrivals, and "zero obstacles" in port storage. It will promote the construction of the "northbound methanol southbound transport" corridor, support regional green and low-carbon development, and inject momentum into the "dual carbon" goals.
