Recently, the detailed planning of the Jiangsu 500 kV Qiu Teng-Qinhai-Dongshanqiao line capacity expansion and renovation project was approved. As an important power artery connecting Jiangnan and Jiangbei, the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027, which can improve the transmission capacity of Nanjing power grid at the cross-river node to 800,000 kilowatts, effectively enhancing the interconnection and mutual assistance ability of Jiangnan and Jiangbe power grids.

Recently, the People's Government of Lishui District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, published a public notice regarding the拟 approval of the environmental impact assessment document for the "Annual Treatment of 15,000 Tons of Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Cathode Material Repair R&D and Production Base Project of a Company in Jiangsu." The project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and is located in Lishui Economic Development Zone. The main construction content includes: acquiring production equipment and establishing a new R&D and production base for repairing lithium iron phosphate battery cathode materials. Upon completion, the project will have the capacity to process 15,000 tons/year of lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material repair production line.

On December 26, 2025, China Merchants Shipbuilding Industry Nanjing Shipyard successfully launched the second 25,900 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker (Vessel 25900-4) for SC Shipping. This milestone follows the delivery of the first vessel of the same class, "SC EMERALD," on December 20. It demonstrates the shipyard's rapid operational recovery and efficiency, achieving "restructuring, production, and delivery in the same year" after completing its reorganization from the former Nanjing Dongze Shipbuilding in November.
