In 2024, the 200 MW wind power-to-hydrogen combined operation demonstration project in Boli County was launched. As the first green hydrogen production site in eastern Heilongjiang, this project was not only listed as a major project for the comprehensive revitalization of north-east China, but also a key provincial industrial project. The core equipment, the diaphragm compressor, for the project was provided by Yantai Dongde Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise.
