Currently, the company is gradually achieving high-load feeding rates of 145 t/h for the flash furnace and 125 t/h for the Baiyin furnace, steadily progressing toward the goals of producing over 1,000 tons of crude copper and over 1,200 tons of anode copper per day. Baiyin Nonferrous Copper Company has clearly set rigid targets, including maintaining copper concentrate inventory at less than 15 days and achieving "zero inventory" for crude copper and residual anodes. By leveraging the SAP system, the company has established a dynamic tracking system for material flow, enabling real-time digital control over the consumption of raw materials and fuel.
