•You acknowledge that the information you publish on our website must be compliant with the relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China, and you are responsible for the authenticity of the information you publish. You will spare SMM from all legal disputes or claims arising from the publishing of such information.

•You acknowledge that the information services and website accounts provided by SMM are only for you and your company’s dedicated internal personnel. You will not disclose or share your SMM account and the information you obtained through your SMM account to any individuals or groups in any form other than you and the company you are employed with. Otherwise, SMM is entitled to stop providing all services and claim a compensation 5 times of the fees you paid for SMM services for our losses, while retaining all rights to pursue legal liabilities.

•You acknowledge that once you have started viewing or downloading the historical prices, any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment service provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be returned. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time without further notice.

•You acknowledge that if the provision of SMM services is disrupted for more than 15 consecutive days and less than consecutive 30 days, SMM shall extend your service period according to the actual days of service disruption. If the provision of SMM services is disrupted for more than 30 consecutive days, you are entitled to request a refund calculated by the unserved days, and this Agreement will also be terminated automatically (excluding service disruptions caused by force majeure including but not limited to fire, earthquake, hacker attack).

•You acknowledge that the above clauses will be effective from the date of payment. Unfinished matters shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party can resolve the dispute through litigation by submitting the dispute to the people"s court that has jurisdiction over the land where SMM Information & Technology Co., Ltd. is located
