Downstream: There were almost no quotes this morning; traders' quotes are very chaotic, and mills basically do not quote. Quoting 720,000 yuan/mt is probably just causing trouble.
Upstream: Some traders have sold at 720,000 yuan/mt, with futures at 716,000 yuan/mt. It is estimated to be cash settlement from buying futures; mills cannot offer at this price.
Trader: No prices were heard today, probably stable as on Friday.
Downstream: No quotes for Pr-Nd oxide were heard for now, and the market is very sluggish.
