Foster a solid understanding of market fundamentals, localization of supply chains, and industrial developments within the Vietnamese metals and commodities sectors.
Conduct routine market research, track regional industrial policies, and monitor real-time hot spots across the Vietnamese and broader Southeast Asian markets.
Gather and organize localized industry data through comprehensive desktop studies and daily interaction with local market participants.
Write objective market reports, localized industry updates, and structured overviews regarding regional supply-demand dynamics.
Establish, verify, and maintain a comprehensive database of local industry contacts, including manufacturers, traders, and downstream enterprises, to ensure corporate data integrity.
Utilize advanced data processing tools and AI-driven applications to efficiently filter, structure, and update internal database systems.
Collaborate closely with global research, data, and consulting teams to provide local insights and ensure cross-border knowledge consistency.
Assist in updating foundational mathematical models, supply-demand balance matrices, and regional forecasting frameworks.
Provide localized research support, data verification, and industry insights for customized consulting or market assessment projects.
Support the execution of regional market engagement activities to promote the company’s brand presence and industry network within Vietnam.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Economics, Finance, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to ensure smooth collaboration with global teams; native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese is mandatory.
Prior experience or a strong track record (including internships) in market research, supply chain analysis, industrial data management, or related research roles.
Solid familiarity or hands-on experience with modern AI collaboration tools, data extraction methods, or structured analytical software.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships across the local industrial network.
Strong logical thinking, numerical analytical skills, and high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy under time-sensitive schedules.
High professional integrity, with a strict adherence to corporate confidentiality, data security standards, and local commercial compliance.
