According to the latest data from China's General Administration of Customs (compiled by SMM), the import and export of refined lead and lead alloys in March 2026 were as follows: China's refined lead exports totaled 3,190 mt, down 36.83% MoM and up 12.78% YoY. From January to March, combined exports of refined lead and lead products totaled 12,950 mt, down 23.43% YoY on a cumulative basis.

According to customs data, China's refined lead exports totaled 2,767 mt in December 2025, up 141.08% MoM and 270.61% YoY. Total exports of refined lead and lead materials from January to December reached 59,440 mt, up 42.5% YoY. On the import side, China's refined lead imports stood at 8,395 mt in December, while lead alloy imports reached 24,011 mt. Total imports of refined lead and lead materials from January to December amounted to 198,641 mt, down 10.19% YoY.

According to customs data, China's refined lead exports totaled 1,148 mt in November 2025, down 45.31% MoM and decreasing 45.6% YoY. From January to November, combined exports of refined lead and lead materials reached 54,832 mt, up 37.16% cumulatively YoY.

Combined exports of refined lead and lead products from January to October reached 51,156 mt, up 41.56% YoY. Total exports of refined lead and lead products from January to September reached 47,175 mt, up 41.38% YoY. On the import side, China imported 1,508 mt of refined lead and 13,864 mt of lead alloy in September. Total imports of refined lead and lead products in the first nine months amounted to 121,945 mt, down 34.87% YoY.

According to customs data, China's refined lead exports in August 2025 totaled 2,752 mt, up 53.37% MoM and 1,417.05% YoY. Combined exports of refined lead and lead products from January to August reached 43,397 mt, up 40.97% YoY. On the import side, China imported 1,821 mt of refined lead and 13,380 mt of lead alloys in August. Total imports of refined lead and lead products in the first eight months amounted to 106,541 mt, down 26.12% YoY.
