Subsequently, LME zinc experienced a pullback in the night session, failing to surge again after another attempt, and by the end of the session, it touched a low of $3,341.5/mt.

LME copper opened at $8395/mt last Friday night, with its session high at $8499.5/mt before closing up 1.8% at $8472/mt.

SHANGHAI, Feb 19 (SMM) –LME zinc moved upwards after opening at $2358/mt last Friday, reaching $2390/mt before closing at $2388/mt, up $23/mt or 0.97%

Last Friday, LME zinc opened at US$2,634/ton and reached a low of 2,629 yuan/ton. Entering the night trading period, LME zinc reached a high of US$2,675 and finally closed up at $2,662/ton, up $35/ton, or 1.33%.

The SHFE market was closed last Friday evening. LME copper opened at $8620.5/mt and closed at $8536.5/mt.
