Specifically mentioned: Collection units and utilization/disposal units for waste lead-acid batteries from e-bikes shall, in accordance with the law, complete the environmental impact assessment approval procedures, apply for a hazardous waste operation license, and adopt mature and reliable technologies, processes, and equipment; units holding only a collection operation license are not permitted to dismantle or conduct secondary processing on the collected waste lead-acid batteries from e-bikes.
