Leveraging scientific research strengths in catalysts, membrane electrodes, hydrogen storage materials, and other resources as sources of innovation, the focus will be on driving breakthroughs in core technologies for complete sets of electrolysis-based hydrogen production equipment, solid-state hydrogen storage materials and equipment, complete sets of hydrogen fuel cell equipment, hydrogen-powered vehicles, hydrogen backup power supplies, as well as corresponding key materials, parts, and system integration. This will result in a batch of technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights, maintaining international leadership in core technologies. In terms of industrial cultivation, active efforts will be made to attract and cultivate a group of leading enterprises with core competitiveness and related supporting enterprises, enhancing the rootedness and competitiveness of the industry chain. Hydrogen energy industrial parks will be planned and constructed in qualified areas such as the airport economic zone to promote the integrated development of the hydrogen energy industry's "production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization", achieving localized production of key technological equipment and parts and encouraging exports. By 2027, the output value of the hydrogen energy industry is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan. In terms of demonstration applications, innovative management mechanisms for hydrogen energy infrastructure will be established, and scenario innovations will be carried out to promote the large-scale and commercialized promotion and application of hydrogen energy. Led by applications in the transportation sector, by 2027, the scale of fuel cell vehicles in the city is expected to exceed 300 units, and a supporting infrastructure system for hydrogen energy will be initially established. Explorations will be made into the application of hydrogen energy in marine fuels, backup power supplies, off-grid ultra-fast charging, and other areas, forming a demonstration application chain for the hydrogen energy industry with local characteristics. The key tasks are as follows: To establish a source of technological innovation for the hydrogen energy industry. Strengthen the research and development of key core technologies, plan and construct innovation support platforms for the hydrogen energy industry, and improve the construction of hydrogen energy standards systems. To build an advanced manufacturing base for the hydrogen energy industry. Attract and cultivate leading enterprises in the hydrogen energy sector and plan hydrogen energy industrial parks. To orderly develop demonstration application scenarios for hydrogen energy. Gradually promote demonstration applications in the transportation sector and focus on expanding demonstration applications in multiple fields. To comprehensively optimize the development environment for the hydrogen energy industry. Coordinate the planning and construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure, establish a multi-channel hydrogen supply system, construct a mechanism for realizing the green value of hydrogen energy, and actively carry out international cooperation in the hydrogen energy field. The policies are as follows: The Xiamen Municipal Development and Reform Commission is requesting comments on the "Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of Xiamen's Hydrogen Energy Industry (2025-2027) (Draft for Public Comments)". Jun 13, 2025 08:47The Ministry of Natural Resources recently issued the "Notice on Issuing the Total Control Targets for Tungsten Mining in 2025 (First Batch)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), clarifying relevant matters for the first batch of total control targets for tungsten mining this year, in order to protect and rationally develop advantageous mineral resources. In 2025, the total control target for the first batch of tungsten mining (with 65% tungsten trioxide content, the same hereinafter) is 58,000 mt, allocated to 11 provinces (regions) including Inner Mongolia, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan, Hunan, and Guangdong. The top three in terms of allocation are Jiangxi province (21,300 mt), Hunan province (15,530 mt), and Henan province (7,050 mt). Compared to the first batch of targets in 2024, the total control target for the first batch of tungsten mining this year decreased by 4,000 mt. The "Notice" stated that the total control targets for tungsten mining will no longer distinguish between primary mining targets and comprehensive utilisation targets. For mines with other primary minerals and associated tungsten ore registered in the mining license, if the identified tungsten resources are large or medium-sized, the total control targets will continue to be issued, with a bias in allocation. For mines with small associated tungsten resources, no total control targets will be issued, and the mine enterprises shall report the tungsten production to the provincial natural resources authorities where they are located. Original text: Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Issuing the Total Control Targets for Tungsten Mining in 2025 (First Batch) To the natural resources authorities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Heilongjiang Province, Zhejiang Province, Anhui Province, Fujian Province, Jiangxi Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yunnan Province, Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region: In order to protect and rationally develop advantageous mineral resources, in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of specific minerals for protective mining, the relevant matters for the first batch of total control targets for tungsten mining in 2025 are hereby notified as follows. 1.
