On the afternoon of July 8, 2026 (local time), the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) held a seminar titled “Brain-Computer Interface: Technology for Good and Standards Cooperation” during the “2026 AI for Good” Global Summit in Geneva. At this seminar, CAICT, together with several international organizations and enterprises, established the Pre-Research Group for Brain-Computer Interface Technology Standardization. The pre-research group will continue to recruit global enterprises, universities, and research institutions to plan pre-research on brain-computer interface standards and deepen industrial cooperation.
