PTL Secures Order from German Battery Company On April 8, PTL (603659) announced that its subsidiary, Europe Jiato, recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Germany's MOLL. MOLL plans to build a sodium-ion battery factory in Germany, focusing on the ESS sector. The factory will be located within MOLL's existing infrastructure in Lichtenfels, Germany, with the project aiming for an annual capacity of 500MWh to 1GWh, positioning MOLL as a key player in the growing battery market. Europe Jiato will provide MOLL with process design for battery pole piece production, electrode processing equipment, electrode samples, and other equipment required for battery prototype manufacturing.
