At approximately 5 am on August 31, 2024, an aluminum liquid explosion occurred in the aluminum bar production workshop of an aluminum bar factory in Xing County, Shanxi Province. Immediately after the accident, relevant departments from Shanxi Province, Luliang City, and Xing County rushed to the scene to organize rescue and disposal operations. The accident resulted in the deaths of 3 people and serious injuries to 1 person. Currently, the on-site rescue operations have concluded, and the cause of the accident is under further investigation and verification.
