Recently, the first public notice for the environmental impact evaluation of the annual high-quality recycling of 150,000 tons of new energy power batteries comprehensive utilization project by Jiangsu Zhenghe Xinrui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was released. Upon completion, the project will have an annual capacity to process 150,000 tons of new energy power batteries. It will be built in two phases: Phase I processes 100,000 tons of new energy power batteries annually and includes a metal research laboratory; Phase II processes 50,000 tons annually.

On March 17, an environmental protection technology company in Yangquan proposed the construction of the "Annual 120,000-ton Spent New Energy Power Battery Comprehensive Utilization Project." Phase I of the project involves the dismantling and crushing of 20,000 tons of spent new energy power batteries and the cascade utilization of 5,000 tons of spent new energy batteries.

[Signing of Supporting Project for Recycling of 100,000 mt of End-of-Life Lithium Battery Resources] Recently, a supporting project for recycling of 100,000 mt of end-of-life lithium battery resources was officially signed in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu. The project aims to address the recycling demand arising from the explosive growth of the new energy industry by establishing a comprehensive process system that includes charged crushing, liquid-containing pyrolysis, and metal extraction. Chengdu Environmental Investment Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Environmental Investment Resources") has emerged as the core enterprise of this project. Leveraging its innovative practices in the recycling of new energy power batteries and renewable resources, it has become a focal point in the development of the circular economy industry in south-west China.

[First Public Announcement of 20,000 mt Lithium Battery Recycling Project] Recently, the Xiantao Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in Hubei Province issued the first public announcement of the Environmental Impact Report for the "Project of Annual Processing, Recycling, Dismantling, and Comprehensive Utilisation of 20,000 mt of Scrap New Energy Power Batteries by Hubei Baifu Renewable Resources Co., Ltd." According to the project information, Hubei Baifu Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. will carry out technological transformation and expansion using its existing factory premises without acquiring additional land. The total investment in the project is 220 million yuan. The company will utilize an existing warehouse with a floor area of 10,000 m² to construct a project for the annual processing, recycling, dismantling, and comprehensive utilisation of 20,000 mt of scrap new energy power batteries.

Hubei Baifu Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. will utilize its existing warehouse with a floor area of 10,000 m² to construct a project for the annual recycling, dismantling, and comprehensive utilisation of 20,000 mt of scrap new energy power batteries, with a total project investment of 220 million yuan.
