According to reports, as of November 6, the in-factory inventory of primary lead delivery brands stood at 8,900 mt, an increase of 300 mt WoW.
In November, primary lead smelters in north China resumed production after maintenance, while those in east China were undergoing maintenance, leading to a slight overall increase in lead ingot supply but widening supply disparities between the northern and southern regions. Concurrently, air quality control measures were reinstated this week in regions such as Hebei and Henan, restricting the entry of National V and lower-standard vehicles into factories, which slowed lead ingot transportation cycles and caused some inventory accumulation. Downstream enterprises' procurement demand also increasingly shifted toward the southern market, such as Hunan, where smelters' in-factory inventories generally declined.
