Application Methods:1. Online Application: Log in to the "Policy Fulfillment" section of the Beijing Municipal People's Government Portal (https://zhengce.beijing.gov.cn); 2. Offline Submission: After the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology reviews and confirms the materials are complete, submit two copies of the paper-based materials to the respective local government or park management committee (contact information is provided in Attachment 5) by November 17; 3. Required Materials: A recommendation letter from the local government/park management committee, and a special credit report downloaded from the "Credit China (Beijing)" website.
