3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

(2) Production-type business license
3.3 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production-type registered capital: 5 million yuan or above
Circulation-type registered capital: 5 million yuan or above
3.4 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following performance requirements:
1. Provide scanned copies or photos of the original business license (or duplicate) that has passed the annual inspection.
2. Provide one performance contract for vanadium-nitrogen alloy after January 1, 2022.
