II. Registration Qualification Requirements
- 1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China; the bidder should have the capability to respond to the tender project.
- 2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.
- 3. The registrant may register for individual items of the procurement content and specify the specific material codes and names.
- 4. The registrant should, in principle, be a producer. Non-producers must upload the authorization letter from the producer, the authorization period, the resource tax payment certificate of the mining enterprise, and the contact information of the producer.
- 5. If the registrant uses automobile transportation at the headquarters of JISCO Group, all carrier vehicles must be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.
III. Registration Method
- Suppliers must respond to the preview within the aforementioned time frame, log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement preview and fill in the relevant information.
