[SMM HRC Daily Transactions] Recovery in Spot Transactions Still Requires Time

[SMM HRC Daily Transactions] On February 8, the daily trading volume of HRC from sample enterprises in four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, Ningbo) surveyed by SMM totaled 7,830 mt, down 330 mt or 4.0% MoM.
There was no guidance from the futures market today. Spot prices slightly declined, with better transactions at lower prices. The overall market performance fluctuated rangebound on a MoM basis.
