Adjustment to Bauxite Cost (Including Tax)
Effective from January 2026, the bauxite cost component within the Alumina Monthly Cost Model will include Value-Added Tax (VAT).
For comparative analysis of bauxite costs between 2025 and 2026 (year-on-year or month-on-month), it is recommended to use the new indicator: Bauxite Cost by Region - Including Tax, to ensure consistency in data caliber.
